We’ll explore what brought you here, uncover patterns, and guide you through a 15-min hypnosis or meditation session tailored to your needs, with a personalised recording to continue your progress at home.


Single sessions, pay as you go

Book as needed for targeted support, maintenance, or to decide if therapy is right for you. We’ll focus on what’s most important for you right now and tailor each session to your goals using evidence-based methods and a personalised, 15-min strategic hypnosis and guided meditation session, with a recording to continue your progress at home. Book as you go, but for best results we recommend at least 6 sessions close together .
